Delete your account

The Archives Social Club

You can delete your The Archives Social Club account and its data at any time.

Delete it in the app

Open The Archives Social Club and log in.
Go to Profile, then Subscription.
Tap Delete My Account and confirm.

Or ask us by email

Email support@thearchivessocialclub.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account" and your username. We'll confirm once it's done.

Cancel your subscription separately. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your phone's store settings so you aren't charged again.

What gets deleted

Your account and profile: username, name, email, date of birth, location, photo, bio and social links.
Your collections, card photos, galleries, wishlists, trades, ads, forum topics, comments, reactions and messages.

Deletion is permanent and happens 24 hours after you request it. Logging back in during those 24 hours cancels the request.

What we keep

Purchase and transaction records may be kept for as long as the law requires for tax, accounting and fraud prevention, and then deleted.
