Ambassador Terms

  1. The program

    The Archives Ambassador Program ("the Program") is run by Archives Social Club LLC ("The Archives", "we", "us"). Every application is reviewed by hand, and we decide who joins at our discretion.

  2. Who can apply

    • You must be 18 or older.
    • You must have an Archives account in good standing.
    • You must apply using the username and email address on your own Archives account. One application per person.

  3. Premium Membership, on us

    When you're approved, your account is switched to Premium Membership at no cost to you. It stays free for as long as you remain an active ambassador.

    • To keep Premium active, you need to stay active as an ambassador. We may remove it after 30 days in a row with no ambassador activity, meaning no posts or content about The Archives and no referrals.
    • "For life" means for as long as you remain an ambassador in good standing and the Program runs.
    • Premium Membership has no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged.
    • If you already pay for a plan through the App Store or Google Play, you're responsible for cancelling that subscription there. We can't cancel it for you.

  4. Paid referrals

    When you're approved, you get a personal referral code. You're paid for people who join The Archives with your code, on a free or a paid plan.

    • Referral payments begin only once you and The Archives have entered into a mutual written agreement. That agreement sets out the rate, what counts as a qualifying sign-up, and when and how you're paid.
    • Sign-ups don't qualify if they are your own accounts, duplicate or fake accounts, or accounts created through spam, paid incentives you offer, or any misleading practice.
    • We may withhold or reverse payment for referrals that break these terms.

  5. Paid content

    We pay ambassadors for the content they create for the club. Content terms, including the type and amount of content, the rates, deadlines and how it may be used, are discussed and agreed with each ambassador in writing before any paid work begins. No content payment is owed without that agreement.

  6. Giveaway entries

    Ambassadors receive additional exclusive entries for Archives Arena giveaways. Each giveaway is governed by its own official rules, which take priority over these terms.

  7. Our name and your content

    While you're an ambassador, you may use The Archives' name and logo in your ambassador content, following any brand guidelines we give you. You keep ownership of the content you create. You give us permission to reshare it on our own channels, with credit to you. Any further use is covered by your content agreement.

  8. Ending your ambassadorship

    You can leave the Program at any time by emailing us. We can end your ambassadorship at any time, including for inactivity or for breaking these terms. When it ends, your Premium Membership returns to whatever plan you pay for, if any. Referral and content payments already earned under a signed agreement will be paid as that agreement sets out.

  9. The relationship

    Ambassadors are independent. Nothing in the Program makes you an employee, partner or agent of The Archives.

  10. Changes

    We may update the Program or these terms as the club grows. If we make a material change, we'll email you before it takes effect. Questions? Write to admin@thearchivessocialclub.com.
